Mini Swoon Cot Quilt

I have been waiting for a chance to make the ‘swoon’ quilt block designed by Camille Roskelley. I went for the mini quilt block which is an 8″ square because it is for a cot quilt and the full sized one at 16″ was too big. It was a bit fiddly but worth persevering with.

Autumn Knitting

Although the warm days are lingering on, mornings are starting to chill down. Great excuse to get the needles out again and start some knitting for the grandies. First off are two jerseys for a littleĀ girl. The plum hoodie is Bernat’s toddler hoodie with some extra cabling down the fronts and scallop crochet cuffs. The light purple jersey is from an old ’70’s pattern that looks completely different when knitted with an all over mock cable pattern.
